Mr. Shailendra Sharma is C.E.O. of
Renowned Group, born on 30th November 1985, he did his education
from Ghaziabad, after completing Bachelor in Business Studies he came into Real
estate Industry. He is a nationalist, a true patriot, a great social worker and is an active member of Brahmin Samaj .
He from the beginning had flair and
passion for two things that is Social Work ,
and Real Estate . In order to fulfill his passion for
construction and real estate, he launched construction company Renowned Group only 5 years back.
With
his commitment, hard work, honesty, dedication and ability to predict the market,
he took right and smart decisions at right time, he established name of Renowned Group as one of the market leaders in real estate business.
At the time
when he launched Renowned Group, India's real estate market has been faltering
for quite some time as the country's economy remains under stress. in such hard conditions when builders were
struggling to sell their costly high end flats and villas, Mr. Shailendra Sharma targeted the middle and lower segment of customers and

inflation, the central bank's new norms for lending to the real estate sector
and property prices touching peak levels. In view of the higher risks
